Jacqui Boulter

Jacqui Boulter started writing picture books in the third grade and has not stopped. She loves horses, dogs, carousels, butterflies, and hiking to waterfalls in the mountains of North and South Carolina. She is the author of WHERE HORSES FLY, a picture book about a real horse and The Flying Horses Carousel on Martha’s Vineyard. She looks forward to sharing more stories for children in the future.
