Saurav Mohapatra

Saurav Mohapatra is a writer and filmmaker best known for his crime-noir graphic novel MUMBAI CONFIDENTIAL (BOOM!/Archaia). His recent work includes SHOLAY: GABBAR (Westland), MOON MOUNTAIN (Penguin), WAY OF THE WARRIOR(Penguin). He has also worked on WITCHBLADE (Image Comics/Top Cow) and THE PHANTOM (Moonstone Books). His other credits include DEEPAK CHOPRA PRESENTS INDIA AUTHENTIC, DEVI, THE SADHU, JIMMY ZHINGCHAK, and MUMBAI MACGUFFIN for Virgin Comics/Graphic India.

Saurav holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
