Jennifer Brooks

Jennifer Brooks was born in Portland, Maine, and has since moved to Connecticut.

Jennifer enjoyed writing her first book, “The Four Day Meditation Solution” so much that she decided to write about other topics she has studied: Mindfulness, Zen meditation, and other topics on meditation, and is presently writing other books on related topics.

When she’s not writing books, she enjoys spending time with her husband Robert, reading fiction and nonfiction books, gardening, hiking, and enjoying nature.
