Terry Jacobs

Terry Jacobs (1954) was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and grew up in Southern California. After marrying, he and his wife, Tiffany Jacobs, moved to the San Francisco Bay area where they raised their three children. After four years of research and writing, Terry and Tiffany released their first novel, Mermaid Drowning.
