Since 1999 I have been a leadership consultant to organisations around the world helping them transform the impact of their leadership and the energy of their people.

I am passionate about leadership and the difference that it can make to the world in any and every walk of life.

I believes that anyone, whoever they are, can be extraordinary and probably already are.

I live with my family in East Sussex, England, in a small village close to the beautiful South Downs.

For years I've wanted to write a book that translates the transformative leadership work that I do in organisations and makes it available to anyone, no matter what walk of life they're in. Being Extraordinary is my first book and the realisation of a long held dream.
