Sue Ann Wercinski

Peter Wercinski was an administrative law judge with the State of California from 2004 to 2026. As a judge, he authored over 10,000 decisions in cases with the California Public Utilities Commission and the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board. Before becoming a judge, Peter was an attorney in Houston, San Francisco, and Anchorage. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
