Kathie Deviny

Kathie Deviny turned to writing mysteries after a career as a social worker and criminal justice manager. Her husband is an Episcopal priest who served one of the oldest churches in Seattle, the setting of her three Grace Church Mysteries. She writes about the crossroads between old and new, rich and poor, high-rise condos and homeless encampments with candor and empathy.
