Brad DeGraw is the co-founder of All Terrain Capital and CFO of All Terrain Fund, where he and his wife Emma specialize in helping investors earn steady returns through real estate-backed notes while structuring creative financing solutions for property sellers and operators.

But Brad’s journey into lending and capital raising wasn’t traditional. After hurricanes Irma and Maria devastated Puerto Rico, he lost everything — his savings, his stability, and his footing. Hauling water up twenty flights of stairs and walking miles through debris to find internet, he hit rock bottom. From that crucible came a new way forward.

Together with Emma, Brad rebuilt from the ground up, applying lessons from hard money lending and creative real estate deals to create a system that has now funded over 120 loans, survived 5 borrower defaults, and repaid millions to investors — without a single investor loss.
