I’m passionate about building up valued leaders that create thriving organizations. After spending over 20 years in leadership and training roles in manufacturing, banking, real estate, and retail industries, I know how to activate and equip leaders to create powerful teams that drive performance.

I’ve had the opportunity to author several different training resources that helps teams understand themselves, others, and how to work better as high functioning teams. Additionally I’ve also created train-the-trainer resources to help leaders bring change to their organizations.

I’’m a proud FSU Bulldog have garnered my bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Industrial Technology from CSU, Fresno.
