Bill has been involved in cross-cultural ministry since 1985. He is an ordained minister and career missionary serving with Operation Mobilization in their Heart Sounds International division. Currently, Bill works in the Dallas area as an educator and video producer. He holds advanced degrees in Communication, Intercultural Studies, and Organizational Leadership.
