Susan Cain

Dr. Sue Cain, LCSW, Corporate Learning Institute Partner, has years of experience as is an instructional designer, facilitator, assessment creator and faculty member. Sue brings her clinical skills and insights to her work with clients. She is equipped to address the emotional and business impact of the opportunities and stressors that professionals encounter every day on the job.

Sue has worked across business sectors worldwide with organizations including The Kellogg Company, Cirque Du Soleil, Disney’s Partners Federal Credit Union, Kerry Flavors and Ingredients, Tellabs, Whirlpool, The United States Department of Energy, and the Office of the Surgeon General of the United States.

Sue is creator of DISC Professional Styles Profile; an innovative assessment developed to save coaches and trainers time and money. Sue holds a Doctoral Degree in Organizational Leadership and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work and Administrative Management and is a faculty member at Benedictine University.
