Jeff and Cathy are the founders of Siere and in the past ten years, have developed a specific set of tools, techniques and strategies, that allow business leaders to transform their businesses. The team at Siere has proven these by working directly with hundreds of business leaders who have both expanded their business and been able to produce, in some cases, double digit percentage bottom line improvements, year over year. More importantly they have achieved these because of their ability to inspire and engage their teams in a way that yields results.

As speakers, they have spoken at numerous conferences and workshops, on the challenges facing business leaders in this rapidly changing business climate. They have conducted leadership workshops in some of the biggest Fortune 500 Companies, both with sales teams and leadership teams alike.
