Laura L. Smith has been writing and drawing from the time she could hold a pencil. She loves animals and is the creator of the Pink Kitty Lapel pin. She is a past photography columnist for The Thumbprint News in Michigan, had a photography business for 20 years, and has won photography awards and has had solo photo and artwork shows. Laura also worked in healthcare, is a good cook, likes to sing and still can play her clarinet. She is also a grandma.
