Kerry Pastine

Kerry Pastine lives in Denver, Colorado while also touring with her band, Kerry Pastine and the Crime Scene. For most of her life, Kerry has focused on two things; helping anyone tap into a bigger part of themselves and create a life through self-discovery while focusing on her own dreams of writing music, singing and performing.

After 20 years of having a successful coaching company, Kerry wrote her book, Know Thyself, with the one hope of giving her reader the tools to work through their own life journey. This compact, approachable book is the type of book Kerry wanted to read when needing help. Something that meets us where we're at and gives us a starting place to discover, grow and change. It's a quick-fix feel good. It's a reference tool for life's struggles and it's also a working map that can take you on a self-creating journey.

Now seven music albums in, she's finding the same connection with fans as she did with her clients; life is real and we're in it together on a daily basis. Her songs have much of the same message but with a fun energy to lift the spirit. Sometimes it hurts, sometimes it feels good, but we can't stop, so just know thyself and go for it!
