Lynn Vadney

Lynn Vadney writes in a truly unique style, defying the usual genres of fiction. The focus in her novels is on character development with a vibrant plot full of twists and turns, keeping the reader in suspense until the final revelations.

Lynn is a native Texan and wanted to write at the age of ten, finally achieving her goal after retiring from her full-time career in public accounting. She has also worked in medical and dental research. She and her husband have lived in the mission field in Nigeria and continued mission work in Africa, making many trips to Ghana. She has Bachelor of Science in Education and Master of Business Administration degrees from Abilene Christian University.

Lynn's characters mimic real life. They run the gamut from Christians who exhibit values such as honesty to those who would be perfectly happy lying every time they opened their mouth. Protagonists may be Christians, but not always, and the antagonists can be truly evil or merely self-centered and egotistical. All characters have flaws which is typical of real life.

Lynn's writing is detailed, clearly revealing to the reader what is occurring, but the prose remains robust, pushing along the intriguing unfolding of the story line. Though her novels can be labeled as Christian fiction, there are no specific mentions of religion, faiths, or worldly philosophies. Her novels are just pure, clean fun!
