James W. Brubaker

James Brubaker is a retired business executive who first leared to cook in his teens at his father's truck stop in Ohio. His interest in food continued during his business career which sent him to many U.S. locations, and assignments in Zurich and London from where he traveled throughout Europe and collected recipes and information from Chefs, home cooks, restauratuers, gourmets, gourmands and fellow-foodies. His recipe collection swelled to include classic ethnic dishes from eight European countries, China, and the U.S. He started writng his cookbook several years ago and insisted on kitchen testing every recipe (again) to insure the correctness and accuracy of the recipes. He has published what he believes to be the most complete collection of classic ethnic recipes available today.
