Jim Cole-Rous

Jim Cole-Rous is incurably curious, dismantling pocket watches at age 7, and researching what makes people tick at age 70! He lives in a retirement community in Springfield MO, but is busy enjoying his work at age 81. He is currently enrolled in the Global University Graduate School of Theology, working on a Masters in Intercultural Studies, intending to publish a major academic book from his thesis.

Jim is Managing Editor for the Ozarks Chapter of American Christian Writers. Jim regularly contributes to the devotional series "God’s Word through His people", published by The Way.co.UK. He has written over 200 articles, mostly looking at people's lives; what motivates them to act the way they do, showing how we can benefit from their stories.

Born and raised in South Africa, he moved to the United States in 1979 and is now an American Citizen by choice. Jim resides in Springfield MO; enjoys reading, travel and playing Golf. He is father to a son and daughter; and grandfather to two girls and two boys.
