Nicola Jane Buttigieg

GEORGE'S MYSTERIOUS CHRISTMAS PIPE is Nicola’s debut contemporary fantasy novel. A graduate of Boston University and UCLA's Professional Program in Screenwriting, Nicola's career initially began as a writer of contemporary theatre and theatre score. She later drew several years' experience submitting to international short film festivals. She is the recipient of an Arts Council England Research and Development Grant and was selected to pursue the Advances in Scriptwriting program at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. She has contributed articles to LONDNR, The Sampler and British Music Collection and has also released a past music score publication, BRIGHT STAR, setting the work of English Romantic poet John Keats to a cycle of contemporary art songs.
