Kate Hoctor-Bieler

Kathleen Hoctor Bieler (1952- )was born and raised in Phila., Pa. She graduated from Abp. Ryan H.S and received her BS in Pschology from Flagler College in St. Aug., Fla. She went on to do her MS studies in Counseling at USF. Her poetry is often gut wrenching and deals with many of our society's problems, but usually with a spiritual tone of hope in this broken world.

The current book she is working on is based on her recent spiritual journey to the Marian apparitions in Europe. While doing research on this, she herself, witnissed an apparition of St. Bernadette in her childhood home of Nevers, France. Hopefully due out in late Spring 2013.
