Al Folsom and Paul Elliott operate a boutique-sized consulting firm in Annapolis, MD, aptly named, "Exemplary Performance." Most of their work is in helping line of business obtain greater results by leveraging the insights of their own star performers. In doing this work, Al has climbed oil refinery towers, sat in Lloyds of London with insurance underwriters, looked through "7-headed microscopes" with pathologists and conducted high speed boat maneuvers with Coast Guard tactical operators. Al resides with his family in the small town of Geneva, Alabama - but continues to travel to observe and interview the star performers in organizations, who somehow produce far superior results than their peers.
