Jack Madden

Author Jack Madden spent his early years engaged in learning the fine art of cooking and developing his appreciation of different ethnic cuisines. Growing up in a small northern California town with an assortment of nationalities, he learned to appreciate and prepare recipes from friends and associates and applied this experience to his culinary skills and the years in the restaurant business.

He created this collection of recipes to give appreciation and credit to all those individuals who have shared these recipes with him and enhancing his personal delight in the dining and culinary experience.
