Barbara S Lucas had the good fortune to grow up in a place of great beauty, McKinleyville, WVa, and with a people, recent immigrants from many eastern European countries and long-established Appalachians who honored each other's differences, cherished the written word and who constantly argued about spiritual and political questions.
She, also, had the good fortune to earn degrees in education from West Liberty State University and the University of West Virginia, and to then earn a doctorate in metaphysical counseling from the University of Sedona.
For many years, she had the pleasure of having paid employment in the two fields that she loved equally: teaching early childhood education in public and Montessori schools, and doing market research.
She was called to ministry three times and had the gall to say "No" twice before finally saying "Yes" in 2009. She now teaches easy-to-learn, easy-to-implement, low-to-no cost methods of using spiritual knowledge to help each of us become the prosperous, healthy, happy persons we were sent here to be.
