Andrew Tabak

Andrew Tabak is someone with broad interests and a technical background. He was born in Boston, Masschusetts in 1956. He has lived in 7 states and traveled widely. Trained as a mechanical engineer, he spent time in the Army and time working in Product Assurance doing logistics, safety, human factors, and environmental work. His real interest is poking around, finding things, and building things. It doesn't seem to matter what the subject is. He has researched ships, airplanes, buildings, and even Chinese lanterns. In writing, he looks at the practical. If I were there, what would I see and what would I as an individual be doing? What resources would I have to do the job and where would I get them?
