Leonard Franchi

I am an academic in the School of Education, University of Glasgow (0.5 FTE), and in the School of Philosophy and Theology, University of Notre Dame Australia (O.5 FTE).

I teach undergraduate courses and supervise masters / doctoral dissertations.

My scholarly interests include religious education, teacher formation and the potential of the liberal arts to shape higher education.

I am a member of the Executive of the Association of Catholic Institutes of Education (a sectorial body of the International Federation of Catholic Universities, a Foundation Governor of the Mater Christi Multi-Academy Trust in Cumbria, England, Council member of the Scottish Catholic Historical Association and Honorary Patron of Citywise Ltd.

I am a Series Editor for Catholic Education Globally - Challenges and Opportunities, published by Springer.
