Robyn Lindars

Robyn Lindars is the fire obsessed foodie behind GrillGirl.com, a site dedicated to all things cooked over fire, an accomplished BBQ competitor, recipe developer, on screen personality and author of the newly released “Healthy Electric Smoking” Cookbook.

Robyn teaches “Women’s Grilling Clinics” to empower women to learn the art of grilling healthy, flavorful dishes with the added bonus of creating less dishes than cooking in the kitchen. Robyn is also no stranger to the world of low and slow BBQ and annually competes with her Dad at the Memphis In May World Championship BBQ Cooking Competition (also known as “The Superbowl of Swine”). Robyn also enjoys doing Steak Cook Offs, getting the whole family involved, includig her 4 yr old son.

Robyn has grilled on the Today Show, was a National Judge on the Travel Channel’s “American Grilled” and has competed on The Food Network’s “Chopped Grillmasters”. The Cooking Channel’s “Foodography” featured her Women’s Grilling classes as the new Generation of Grilling. Robyn’s recipes have been featured in Huffington Post, USA Today, the Miami Herald, Every Day with Rachel Ray, Bust Magazine and Fine Cooking, to name a few.

Robyn lives in South Florida with her husband, a passionate Outdoorsman, their 4 year old son Hunter, and 2 their 2 rescue dogs. She currently owns 11 grills and counting. The family enjoys “glamping” in their vintage tin can camper while exploring the state of Florida.
