Mr Nicholas Kondisenko

Nicholas Kondisenko is an Australian academic and author with a diverse background in information technology, business, and health systems research. He is a deferred PhD candidate at James Cook University (JCU), focusing on the "Business of Health" and developing a Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model to assess the efficiency of general practice health service outcomes.

Kondisenko holds degrees in Information Technology and Business (Class IIA Honours) and has over 25 years of experience as a Cisco and Microsoft trained Systems Engineer. His professional experience includes leading large-scale enterprise ICT projects and collaborating with former U.S. military specialists on penetration testing for secure Queensland Government public health applications. This work has influenced his commitment to cybersecurity resilience and the responsible application of technology.

In addition to his academic and professional pursuits, Kondisenko has authored several books and research papers. His works include "New Economic Growth Theory: Implications and Lessons for Economic Development," "Climate Change and Regional Growth: A Queensland Perspective," and "A Cross Sectional Study of the Relation between Non-Acute Emergency Department Presentations and Bulk Billing General Practice using the ARIA Score in Queensland: Does Location Matter?"
