Theatre Practitioner & Maker, Facilitator and Director with a PGCE in Film/ Drama and Lecoq training. She has modelled creative collaborations with leading theatres including New Diorama Theatre, Theatre Royal Margate, Cheltenham Everyman, Marlowe Theatre, Soho Downstairs and Paines Plough Roundabout. Currently an Off West End Assessor with particular focus on Young Theatre Audiences , immersive and new writing.
As a published author - Theatre in Practice - a Students Handbook ( Routledge )- she is a Music and Drama Awards Finalist, and lead artist in creative engagement programmes nationally and internationally. Annie is a trauma informed mental health first aider - her socially engaged practice includes partnered research and collaborations with Oasis Domestic Abuse Service, Coram, Mencap, Trinity College, OCR, Age UK and Pilgrims Hospice. Director of new work and is a Vaults Festival People's Choice Award nominated finalist. She was a regular director’s associate for the annual Salvation Army Concert at the Royal Albert Hall, London for 10 years. She has directed over 30 ensemble projects with young people and communities in collaboration with organisations all around the world.
