Emma L Briant

Emma L Briant is a researcher and freelance writer of both creative work and propaganda critique based in Glasgow, Scotland. Emma is working on her first novel has lovingly crafted a number of short stories, poems and screenplays. A sociologist, she completed her doctoral research at Glasgow University in 2011 and is drawing on this for another, academic, book on Anglo-American propaganda strategy cooperation. Emma is also co-authoring 'Bad News for Refugees' a book funded by the Red Cross examining media coverage of asylum in the UK and its impacts on migrant communities, and editing another work on media coverage of Human Rights.
