Winston J. Ledet

Winston was one of the original contributors to the creation of The Manufacturing Game® in the early 1990’s. During his years with Ledet Enterprises, Inc., he worked with over forty companies on reliability improvement efforts in a variety of industries including petrochemicals, paper, automotive, mining and consumer goods manufacturing. He was previously an operations consultant with McKinsey & Co. He has been an adjunct professor of business dynamics at Emory’s Goizueta Business School. He holds a masters in management science from MIT where he focused on operations management.
