Juracy Johnson

Juracy de Johnson is a Woman of Science and Spirit, whose professional journey bridges rigorous Academic Research and deep personal transformation. She worked for 12 years in the Seismology Department at CICESE, one of Mexico’s premier scientific research centers. Later, she served for over 30 years as a Professor-Researcher at the Autonomous University of Baja California, where she held several leadership roles. She was Head of the Basic Stage Department, managing academic affairs for faculty and students in mathematics and physics; Head of the Department of Social Service, coordinating community-based student engagement; and Director of the Continuous Education Department, promoting lifelong learning and professional development. She also served as President of the International Association of Coaching for the State of Baja California in Mexico, and held leadership roles in the Asociación Nacional de Profesores de Matemáticas (National Association of Math Teachers), including Public Relations Secretary and State President.

With a Bachelor’s in Physical Oceanography and a Master’s in Earth Sciences (Seismology), Juracy’s scientific contributions have impacted both academic institutions and vulnerable communities through her advisory work with civil engineers on structural safety. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Metaphysics, marking her transition into the exploration of consciousness and inner transformation.

Today, Juracy merges scientific rigor with metaphysical wisdom to empower others through holistic well-being and the development of Personal Presence. She helps people—especially professional women—break free from limiting complexes and reconnect with their true potential through transformative workshops and personalized coaching. Her guiding message—“Heal your complexes, and you will conquer your life”—invites deep personal healing through mindset, faith, and aligned action.

Her credentials include certifications in Coaching (Spain), Life and Career Coaching (Spencer Institute), NLP (Dr. John Grinder), and Heal Your Life® work (Louise Hay). She has also studied directly with spiritual and personal development pioneers such as Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay, Bruce Lipton, Marianne Williamson, and Brendon Burchard.

Juracy is the author of the best-selling book The Feminine Presence of the Professional Woman, which has deeply resonated with Latina women in the U.S. and Australia. She is also a co-author of three international best-sellers alongside global leaders like Carlos Slim, Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, and Deepak Chopra.

A cancer survivor and long-term caregiver for her husband with a traumatic brain injury, Juracy has transformed profound personal challenges into a source of strength and compassion. As a mentor, speaker, and guide, she helps others uncover their inner value and live with authenticity, resilience, and purpose.
