I'm a writer, a good one. It's the one thing I've been able to keep a passion for longer than - well anything.

That passion has transcended a fire, a drowning - my sister and a long addiction to drugs - mine.

Now I buy computer parts instead of drugs, no longer play with fire, and continue to swim.

For work I've blown up rock and trees - they paid me to do this - really. I've made brass beds, thrown tile around, and built MRI scanners for a medical company, with a lot of jobs and interests in between.

I found a religion that works for me - Kindness. I'm not perfect at it, but, it's one thing I can control. How I treat people. So I strive. It helps with happiness, too.
