Morena Cuadra

Morena is a food writer, a cookbook author, a recipe developer and food stylist. In 2013 she was selected as one of Babble´s 100 Best Latina Bloggers, and her work has been featured in several publications.

She is a trained chef and a wine expert and has devoted her professional life to promoting Peruvian gastronomy by editing and publishing cookbooks and magazines, and as the Director and faculty member of one of Peru's leading Culinary Schools.

In 2011 she teamed up with her daughter to bring their experience and passion to the English-speaking world by creating Peru Delights, a blog that celebrates and promotes Peruvian cuisine. They are no longer related to perudelights.com.
