Stephanie Gomez

My family calls me Renee. I was born and raised in a small town in North Carolina. At about four years old, my birth father's older sister and her husband adopted me and one of my biological brothers. I've never strayed far from my small town roots, but I've always wished I could travel the world. I enjoy all kinds of hobbies, which include writing, drawing, sewing and crafting. I'm known as "A Fate So Twisted" on YouTube where I do mostly sewing tutorials, focused mostly on teaching sewing for beginners.

In December 2011, my beloved husband, Julian died in a car accident on his way home from working in North Dakota. Julian had a huge impact on my life in so many ways that a lot of my writings are about him and our life together. I have been working on his story since 2012. It's the most difficult project to complete. We have so many wonderful memories of Julian. Who he was and how he changed me forever is a story I want so desperately to share with the world.

I am also creating coloring books and children's books that feature my original artwork, as well.
