YVONNE STEPHENS - Born in The Hague, the Netherlands, moved all over the world, visited 35 countries to learn their cuisine, their culture, and special foods and seasoning.

After moving to New Jersey, I enrolled at the Art Institute of Philadelphia to learn more about American eating and perfecting my cooking skills.

I am the author of 3 cookbooks with my next in the works – it is about cooking and tequila. ‘Amazing 7 Minute Meals’ is the first book, that helps people to go back to the kitchen, prepare healthy, easy to make foods, explains what to use, how to use it, and how to prepare a delicious meal in less than 7 minutes. For my second book ‘Say Cheese’ I went back to Holland, and my 3rd book is ‘Just Try Fish’ with easy recipes with fish and seafood.

Now living most of the year in Tequisquiapan, Qro. Mexico due to its mild climate and awesome fresh produce, having a cooking school, husband, 9 dogs, and a few great friends. Enjoying life is the main goal: cooking, spending fun time with friends and family, riding my horses, hugging my doggies…. Just enjoying life and having fun!
