Sheela Raja

Sheela Raja, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist and professor at the University of Illinois Chicago. She completed internship and post-doctoral training at the National Center for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder in Boston, MA, and has published numerous articles exploring the relationship between physical health and traumatic events. She is frequent keynote speaker on PTSD and trauma-informed care. Dr. Raja has a passion for making evidence-based psychology accessible and is a frequent contributor to various print and national television media outlets.
