Robert R Buckner

Robert Buckner – I was born in the middle of the last century (1950) in western Wisconsin. Through the years, I have lived and worked in the City of Saint Paul and surrounding communities as well as in farming communities and towns of western Wisconsin. I chose as my primary career the work of an artist, though I have enjoyed and been enriched by a variety of work experiences. My interest in writing came to me gradually. Taking time to sit down and write poetry or stories is for me a meditative process in the ordinary of everyday life. I enjoy sailing, singing, hiking, woodworking and so much more. Most of all, it is love of family, friend and stranger alike that is the joy of my life.
