Robin S McDonald

Robin S. McDonald grew up in the golden west but has lived in five different states currently. She graduated from Bellarmine University, Kentucky with a BA in Secondary Education/English.

Robin always enjoyed a good story - especially one that sparks the imagination and inspires the heart! Fantasy writers, C.S. Lewis, Tolkien and others helped deepen her personal faith in God and develop a love of the fantasy genre. From this love, Raneous, the white, winged horse of heaven and his story was born.

"Winged Horse of Heaven - Fallen" is Book One of the series "The Raneous Chronicles". Raneous, the white colt, and Brian, a troubled boy, begin their adventures and together face choices about hate, betrayal, and trust while battling forces of darkness.

"Winged Horse of Heaven - Quest" Book Two. Raneous returns to the Shadowlands and quickly discovers something evil trying to strangle the beautiful city of Livia. He and Brian set out with their new friend Sam, and they soon learn victory over evil does not always come by the edge of the sword.

"Winged Horse of Heaven - Taken" Book Three. Raneous and Brian rush to the city of Livia in the winter cold when they hear their friend, Roslyn, has been kidnapped! With only one clue, they head into the mountains with Roslyn's father and brother in desperate search for answers. Fierce Tallan warriors, white demon-wolves, new friends and new enemies, they find that Roslyn is not all the enemy has taken!

Today Robin lives with her family in the great state of Texas where she enjoys the outdoors, and time with her family.
