C.S. Pearce
C.S. Pearce has been writing about religious and ethical issues, public affairs, and natural science since 1992 for Southern California magazines, books, and newspapers, as well as Op Eds in the Los Angeles Times, the Washington Post, and other papers. Most recently, she was the director of media relations for Claremont School of Theology and returned to full-time writing in 2014. She has written many articles on religious issues, some of which you can read at www.cspearce.net. 'This We Believe: The Christian Case for Gay Marriage' is her first faith-related book. Her previous books include 'The World-Famous San Diego Zoo,' which sold 90,000 copies in its first and second editions, and a children's zoo book. She received her journalism training from San Diego State University, her bachelor's degree from University of California, Irvine, and her master's from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
