I am a Headteacher in a large English secondary school (students aged between 11 and 18). Working as part of an excellent leadership team, we have been able to make a genuine difference to behaviour across our school by applying a few simple, value-based approaches. This really works, and the result is happier, more successful students, and more content colleagues!
