Natalie Packer

Natalie Packer is an education consultant specialising in SEN and School Improvement. Having previously worked for the National Strategies SEN team and as an LA Adviser for SEN, combined with her headship experience, Natalie has a wide range of experience in the field of SEN, educational leadership and teaching and learning.

Natalie develops and runs professional development packages for a wide range of professionals including SENCOs, teachers, support staff and senior leaders. She carries out teaching and learning reviews in primary, secondary and special schools and works with her local university to support initial teacher trainees and NQTs. Natalie is also an 'Outstanding Teaching' Trainer for Osiris Education and a member of the Academies Enterprise Trust SEN team.
