Barbara Miller

I am an author, motivational speaker, certified master life coach, and founder of Barbara & Company International, Inc. My studies include Kendall College of Art & Design, the International Dermal Institute, and I am currently studying health & wellness at Ashford University. I earned my master life coaching certification through American University of NLP. I worked as a professional model and medical esthetician for several years.

I am now a full time writer, weight loss coach, and public speaker. As a health and wellness researcher I specialize in teaching ketogentic healthy eating as a way of life. I am so excited over just releasing my new book, Keto for Life, 28 Day Fat-Fueled Approach to Weight Loss, which is first in a series of Keto for Life books.

My main goal is to empower others to lead their best life yet by creating balance mentally, physically, social-emotionally, and spiritually. I resides in Florida with my husband David.
