Francesco Ferzini

Francesco Ferzini, MBA, is a Swiss author and certified Social & Emotional Intelligence Coach®, dedicated to the emotional protection of children and the promotion of conscious parenting.

After a career in international tourism and fashion, he redirected his work toward educational and social innovation, focusing on child protection, emotional intelligence, and children’s rights.

He is the author of Nel Rispetto dell’Infanzia and develops workshops and programs on leadership, parenting, and emotional growth.

Francesco holds an MBA from Curtin University (Australia) and a Swiss Federal Certificate in Marketing. He completed advanced studies at Harvard, Stanford, Columbia, and the University of Geneva in child protection systems, neuroscience, early childhood development, and social policy.

His mission is to drive systemic change in child protection, education, and family policy worldwide.
