Richard Grehalva

Richard Grehalva is a leadership mentor, men’s transformation guide, and author who has spent more than three decades helping men lead with clarity, courage, and heart. A former CEO who has led teams and trained leaders across multiple industries, he now works with executive men who are ready to move beyond titles and performance into deeper alignment and purpose.

Richard’s work is rooted in a blend of Native American medicine wheel teachings passed down from his father, Greywolf, and modern emotional intelligence, communication science, and behavioral leadership principles. His approach integrates both the inner journey and the outer impact of leadership — the mastery of self that enables the ability to truly move others.

He has facilitated over one hundred men’s retreats, coached leaders from around the world, and continues to guide men into more authentic expression of strength, presence, and legacy. His philosophy is simple: Leadership is not what you project outward — it is what you embody from within.

Richard is the author of Path of the Warrior Leader: Master Yourself to Inspire Others in a Changing World, the live experience of which is brought to life in his immersive retreat, The Rite of Alignment. He also continues to write and teach on emotional mastery, masculine integrity, communication, and transformational leadership.
