My love for books began in 5th grade when I first picked up a copy of the Hobbit and I've been hooked ever since. From Encyclopedia Brown as a kid to the Wheel of Time and Dragonlance novels and pretty much anything Brandon Sanderson writes, I enjoy anything well written. With nine children, three sets of twins and eight girls, I have a unique perspective on life. I think this is why my female characters kick butt pretty much across the board. I am committed to writing books that are clean, sex free and without gratuitous violence, I think you can write a great story without any of those lazy plot devices.
