Mikko Azul

Mikko Azul has traveled extensively, providing her active imagination with wondrous sights and experiences. Creating a fantasy world with intriguing characters was the next logical step. Ms. Azul is a graduate of The Evergreen State College and currently resides in the Pacific Northwest with her three children.

The Staff of Fire and Bone is the first in a series of books that takes place in the world of Muralia where Cedron, a young half-demon is hunted by his mother's race who aim to destroy him and his father's people who hope to exploit his powers. On the run, Cedron struggles to unite the various factions of his world against a common enemy, while his guardian Raisha, a demon warrior, takes her commitment to Cedron's quest and her own heroism to a shocking level.
