Guri Schwarz

Guri Schwarz (Phd Scuola Normale Superiore of Pisa) is Associate Professor of Contemporary History at the University of Genoa (Italy).

He has been Viterbi Visiting Assistant Professor in Mediterranean Jewish Studies at the Department of History, UCLA and has been research fellow or visiting scholar at several other institutions, including the University of Bologna, the Luigi Einaudi Foundation (Turin), the University of Pisa, the International Institute for Holocaust Research-Yad Vashem (Jerusalem), the Deutcshes Historisches Institute (Rome).

He is a member of the scientific boards of the Fondazione Centro di Documentazione Ebraica Contemporanea (Milan) and of the Fondazione Fossoli (Carpi).

He is the Editor in Chief of the e-journal "Quest. Issues in Contemporary Jewish History"
