Noel Palmer

Noel Palmer (1926-2013), was born in Jamaica West Indies and dedicated his life's work to both education and ministry. He was an active Rotarian and yet found time to be actively involved in civil rights concerns as well as the peace movement. He was a devoted husband and father. Noel has left a living legacy.
