I. Beacham

I. Beacham was born in Worcestershire, England and never got used to the wet weather. So as soon as she could, she joined the Royal Navy and went looking for sunshine all over the world. She managed to find plenty and stayed with the Navy for a full career, only recently retiring. Thankfully her hobby of writing has now turned into something more professional. She has two books published; Sanctuary, published in 2009 and The Rarest Rose, published 2013. Both these books can be purchased from www.boldstrokesbooks.com.

Apart from writing, her hobbies include repairing the 1870s house she lives in (not a day goes by when something doesn't drop off or burst), rummaging around antique stores, and roaming through historical places of interest in the UK. She adores travelling in the US, and is determined to visit every State.
