Lamar Allen Davis

Lamar Allen Davis was born in Flint, Michigan in 1961. He attained his Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a teaching certificate from University of Michigan-Flint and a Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership from Eastern Michigan University.
