Neil Benson is a customer relationship management (CRM) consultant with ten years’ experience as a solution architect, business analyst and functional/technical consultant. He leads and contributes to successful implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Microsoft customers and partners. He optimizes return on investment in Dynamics CRM by focusing user adoption, data quality and business intelligence. Neil is a Certified Microsoft Dynamics CRM consultant and Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for Dynamics CRM.
